Everything that’s happened has left me feeling hollow,

Will I ever feel complete, or always feel so low?

Can I learn from these trials, and grow from the pain,

Or will I always feel empty, like my efforts are in vain?

 

My heart is heavy, my soul feels torn apart,

Can I find the strength to heal, and make a fresh start?

I search for answers, but they seem out of reach,

Will I ever find solace, or am I destined to forever be beseeched?

 

I pray for guidance, for wisdom to see me through,

To help me overcome the hurt and start anew.

With hope in my heart and faith in my soul,

I know I’ll find a way to once again be whole.
